How We Work

What happens when you contact us?

When you contact us either by phone, email or post you will reach one of our friendly office staff who will be happy to answer any of your immediate questions.

Should you decide to take things further, a senior Care Staff Manager will contact you to arrange a suitable time to visit you in your own home.

Together you can discuss your situation and look at the service options available. This initial visit is free of charge and you are under no obligation to buy the services from us.

If you choose Candlelight to provide your services we will then allocate fully trained, carefully vetted and professional care staff to look after you.
