"I really couldn't be without them. It is lovely to have a carer, they do help you".

Live-in Carers (self-employed)

Are you a compassionate person who likes doing a job that makes a real difference to someone's life? If so, then we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for flexible people from all walks of life and backgrounds to join Candlelight24 as self-employed live-in carers, looking after clients in Southern England & surrounding areas.

Description

The aim of Candlelight24 is to provide a live-in care service for people requiring personal and household support, either on a temporary or permanent basis, to enable them to continue living safely and comfortably in their own home.

A live-in carer's role is generally to help with the client's personal needs and take care of basic household duties including shopping and cooking.

However, each client is an individual with individual needs and there may be additional requirements adding to the variety of your role.

Qualifications

With over twenty years experience of caring for people in their own homes we know that empathy and kindness are as relevant as knowledge and qualifications.

Whilst NVQs or other certificates are desirable and a car driver is preferred, Candlelight offers a wide range of training courses that you can attend to update your skills.

Training

As a self employed carer with Candlelight24 you are welcome to attend any of the Candlelight Training Courses.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive earnings (accommodation and food included).

How To Register with Candlelight24

For an informal chat to find out more about working for Candlelight24 please call Heather or Cayte on 01225 719850.  Or email your contact details and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
