We recognise how important it is to you to have regular care staff arriving at a regular time and we will always do our utmost to ensure this happens.
If there should be any changes, such as sickness or holiday, then we will let you know in advance.
Where people receive several visits a day there will sometimes be a number of care staff involved, but these will be part of a small team of people who you will get to know.
We are very proud to announce that two of our dedicated and caring "behind the scenes" staff were nominated for Care Focus Somerset awards this year.
At the recent Care Focus award ceremony, Tabby Hickman won the Outstanding Contribution section and Sarah Stobart was a runner up for the Most Inspirational Individual Award.
