Person Specification for Candlelight Care and Support Staff
Experience:
- Experience is not essential as full training will be given
- Previous experience of a care role would be helpful
- Other caring roles (e.g. caring for family members) may also be valuable
Knowledge:
- No formal educational qualifications required
- Basic knowledge of domiciliary care
- Knowledge & respect for confidentiality
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety
- Working knowledge of Personal Rights and Responsibilities
