"I really couldn't be without them. It is lovely to have a carer, they do help you".

REABLEMENT STAFF for Poole area.

Due to our continued expansion we have some exciting opportunities to work in Reablement.

The role and purpose of a Reablement worker is different from that of a Care and Support worker in that, although some of the basic skills and knowledge required are the same, you will be supporting your clients towards independence with the satisfaction of watching them improve.

What is Reablement?

If you have not worked in the area of Reablement before, but are interested in doing so, then providing you have previous experience of care work we will give you the training to accquire the skills needed for this role.  NVQ2 or equivalent is desirable and you will need to provide your own transport.

We will provide you with FREE training, FREE CRB Check, FREE uniform and equipment (including mobile phone), a GENEROUS mileage allowance, the opportunity to GAIN diplomas in Health and Social Care and a CLEAR career path.

An Afternoon To Remember

Some of our clients, singing along to songs from the 50's.

A big thank you to Wells Evening Society who provided a wonderful afternoon for some of our clients in the Glastonbury area, by treating them to a trip down memory lane and a delicious home-made tea.

"I cannot speak highly enough of the carers who come to me. I would be completely devastated and lost without them. It's so nice to have the same girls regularly, I feel so comfortable with them. Thank You"
